Although this Workshop has no registration fee, I acknowledge its capacity is limited to around 20 participants per Track due to the logistic constraints of the venue.

Based on capacity and track balance, then a link for registration would be emailed to the participants in order to register to attend the Workshop as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of an email containing a link to register to attend, then please visit that link prior to the deadline identified in the email.

The Workshop organizers request that everyone please wait to make travel plans until after the email arrives that would indicate a link to register to attend, whereas capacity may be limited.
