STIPEND PROCEDURE - I have been offered a travel stipend to attend the workshop, thus:

STIPEND TERMS - (only those who have been offered a stipend are asked to acknowledge the terms in this section):

I acknowledge that the Travel Stipend is a fixed amount of $500 for Florida residents and $800 for out-of-state participants.

I understand that attendees will need to reserve and pre-pay their travel arrangements.

Travel Stipend amounts will be disbursed as a hardcopy check at the Workshop.

I acknowledge that the stipend amount cannot be disbursed to those who were unable to attend the workshop.

I will inform the Workshop's organizers if my travel plans change to become unable to attend the workshop.
